Neev Classes

DISHA (Class XI)

Philosophy for Disha:

In class XI, a student moves to a new phase of academics where a much more intricate and deeper study of the subjects begins (as compared to the earlier classes). To build a successful career in academics, the depth of understanding and detail of concepts becomes all the more important. At Disha, we teach class XI syllabus with the focus at above mentioned ideology.

Targeted approach towards Success

Phase I (Master the school level) May to mid-November.
During this phase only school level concepts are covered followed by assignments and chapter test. Students will be intimated with a classroom schedule, deadline for assignments, and chapter wise test & module test dates.Modules tests will have 4 to 5 chapters of each subject clubbed together.
Phase II (Let’s move on to a higher level!) mid-November to mid-January
This phase will aim at covering higher level concepts (in class XI syllabus) for competitive examinations like IITJEE/AIEEE etc. Through classroom interaction and assignments, an ability to solve questions in competitive examinations will be inculcated. Chapter wise assignment evaluation and tests will be conducted at a higher level.
Phase III (Crack the year-end school exams) mid-January to mid-February
We take up revision of school level syllabus in this phase to help students score well in their internal school examinations at the year end. Full length tests on class XI syllabus (CBSE level) will be conducted.

Student Clinic @ 05:30 PM

This is an innovative mechanism to work with the weakness of a student at chapter/phase level. If the performance is not satisfactory in assignment/Chapter Test/Phase Test the student will be called for extra class at 05:30 pm apart from his regular class at Neev. This is also the personal space wherein a student can interact one on one with the faculty to address his/her queries/doubts. It is highly recommended that the student should come prepared to utilize this time.

Feedback:

Neev has a web based mechanism to provide feedback. Each student will be provided with a unique user id and password at the commencement of course. Marks for all assignments and tests will be uploaded on our website - www.neevclasses.com - which can be accessed through the user account.
Parents are requested to login to their account regularly and monitor the chapter/phase wise performance of the student.

Batch size @ Neev

To ensure personal attention our batch size would be limited to 25 students.
